Structure and variety of fibres and yarns
Textile product, no matter what material it is made of, made from fibers - the so-called filaments. In its structure, the thread are: multifilament yarns - consisting of a large number of filaments, Film (fibrillated) - often cut into short sections along the entire length of the film and monofilament - thick single fiber.
Chemical fibers (synthetic and artificial), a smooth continuous fibers in addition to the same are produced in the form of staple fibers and textured yarn.
Staple fibers are chemical fibers and composite yarns( cotton with pes ets.) produced by cutting or tearing harness longitudinally folded filaments into lengths of 34-120 mm and after
spinning. Due to its structure, these filaments are hairy and cotton-like.
Textured yarn is high volume thread. Thread having as a result of special treatments or lower bulk density increased reversible deformation compared to the original thread. This thread is wavy, so any product of textured yarns with less weight is given to a larger volume and softness than the product of smooth filaments.
